During a 20 year corporate career at Dupont, Pete became skilled in strategic management, with emphasis on product development in rapidly changing scientific and healthcare markets.  During the last 30 years, Pete has served as a professional consultant in strategic management and entrepreneurship, focusing on open innovation.  Among his many civic activities, Pete serves as chair of a Civic Leader program for the U.S. Air Force Materiel Command, as a mentor to disabled veteran entrepreneurs, and as chair of the local county planning commission.

Charlie has over 44 years of experience including Proctor & Gamble, where he rose to Director R&D, heading his own consulting company and currently in SIDIS Corporation which is a global life sciences management and investment company where he is Senior Advisor and Corporate Secretary.  Charlie’s PhD degree is in Chemistry.  He has been a McGill University Adjunct Professor in Japan teaching MBA students and Associate Professor at Northern Kentucky University.  Charlie served in the United States Air Force.  He is a member of the Covington Kentucky Business Council and the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce, a past member of the Technical Advisory Board for The Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and Advisory Board for the University of Cincinnati School of World Languages and Cultures.
